Activities undertaken - Infrastructure

Site: Queens Hill, West Costessey

R&D Construction Ltd have been appointed as principal contractor on both Phases 2 & 3 of the above contract. The site covers 96.6 hectares and is the largest single development site in Norfolk. The remit of work to be completed on the site is as follows:

• Surface water and foul water drainage installations
• Sub-bases to roads and paving
• Kerbs, edgings, channels and paving accessories
• Asphalt surfacing to roads and paving
• Signs and white lineing
• Associated landscaping
